For the new season, House of Hackney visited the iconic ZUBER archives in Rixheim, France and set about reimagining a selection of their traditional wallpapers for a current audience. The ‘Amarantha' design – inspired by a print dating back to around 1850 – showcases a French rococo-style block-printed background with an overlaid floral motif. An unexpected colour palette comprising inky blues, gold and turquoise gives this opulent design contemporary appeal. This wallpaper is produced using PVC-free, eco-friendly materials and promises minimal environmental impact at every stage of production.
