Manolo Walls will ship wallpaper within 2-3 business days of receipt and payment of order via UPS, FedEx, or USPS service(s). Wallpaper can now be ordered directly from Manolo Walls online store.
With the exceptions of commercial goods, wallpaper orders will be shipped free of charge in the Continental USA via ground shipping only; any expedited shipping will have additional shipping charges. If you have elected to have your order shipped via Priority Overnight, your order will be delivered in one business day from the date it ships out provided stock is good. For example, if you place your expedited order on a Monday, it would ship out on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday; if you place this same order on a weekend, it would ship out the next business day and arrive the following day. 2nd Day Air orders will be delivered within 2 business days after the order ships, provided stock is good.
Standard shipping time is 5-10 business days for available orders. Please allow additional shipping time for special order product.
Samples will be shipped USPS (GROUND). Standard shipping time is 10-15 business days for samples.
If an item is on Back Order we will notify you within 24 business hours of your purchase.

If a freight forwarder, hotel, office building, sub-contractor, workroom or hand-carrying is used, the following terms will apply:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to insure that the correct material is received.
- Manolo Walls LLC won’t be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they’re delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that Manolo Walls LLC isn’t able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same, and goods lost after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
If your order is shipped outside the Continental USA, shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process while placing your order. However, it is understood that any duties or taxes that may be assessed will be your responsibility and you are liable for all charges in connection with your order. Once an order has shipped, it is not cancellable or returnable.
Most orders are processed in a timely fashion, if you should wish to cancel, please do so within 10 hours of placing your order. Even then, we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed but we will make every effort do to so.
